Remembrance and Services Memorandum
A Memorandum that provides guidance to your Executor, Family, and Friends with respect to the handling of your remains and your desires for remembrance, if any.
A Remembrance and Services Memorandum allows you to specify who should be notified of your death, provide personal information that should be mentioned in your service or obituary, indicate how your remains should be handled, and describe your wishes for your memorial service or funeral. This memorandum is considered binding to the extent that an individual's wishes should take precedence over those of any other person. Additionally, people may opt to prepay their funeral expenses.
