Monica Whiting, Esq. MBA is a licensed Attorney, Realtor, Title Agent, Homebuilder and Life/Health Insurance producer, with a passion for educating and advocating in the areas of Real Estate, Estate Planning and Business Law. Prior to starting The Whiting Law Group, she served in executive leadership roles within healthcare organizations in and around Alabama.
Monica received her B.S. in Health Information Management from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, her M.B.A. from Samford University, and her J.D. from Birmingham School of Law, where she served as Sr. Editor on the Southern Region Law Students Journal Review Board. She is licensed to practice law in Alabama and before the Federal Courts of the Northern District.
As a Realtor and Investor, she understands how Real Estate assets are used to create and build wealth—affording opportunities to create lasting legacies. Monica also knows the importance of securing those legacies through proper Estate Planning practices. After the deaths of some of her own family members, she witnessed how a lack of proper Estate Planning almost tore her family apart. As such, Monica is committed to advising her clients so that other families are not negatively when Estate Planning is not made a priority.
